1. Shipping Timelines
We strive to get your orders to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeline is divided into two parts:

Order Processing Time: 1β2 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Transit Time: 3β8 business days. This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our fulfillment hubs to your delivery address.
π¦ Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Note: Business days do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or national/public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
We like to keep things simple and transparent:

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders across India.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make your payment.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Please allow 24β48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner's portal.

5. Delayed Deliveries & Issues
While we do our best to meet the 3β8 business days delivery window, occasional delays may occur due to logistics bottlenecks, extreme weather conditions, or festive rushes.

Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Frame my Ride is not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo/video of the unboxing and contact our support team immediately at our support email.
